How It Works: Two Application Modes — One Proven System
DURASHIELD is built on a modular coating platform that includes two distinct application modes — each tailored to specific surfaces, stress conditions, and project types. Both are based on the same geopolymer technology and meet the highest performance and environmental standards.
  • LPA — Low-Pressure Application
    Layer thickness: 3–5 mm
    Recommended for: horizontal surfaces (industrial floors, basements, agricultural zones, water treatment facilities)
    Key features:
    • Poured or spray-applied using low-pressure equipment
    • Tolerates heavy mechanical loads and foot traffic
    • Ideal for surfaces exposed to chemical or biological contamination (acids, ammonia, organic residues)
    • Offers excellent pressure sealing and long-term waterproofing
    • Tested for use in livestock hygiene, food industry, and wastewater systems
  • HPA — High-Pressure Application
    Layer thickness: 0.2–1.5 mm
    Recommended for: vertical and overhead surfaces (walls, tunnels, facades, tanks, ship hulls)

    • Applied using high-pressure spray systems or trowels
    • Ensures strong adhesion to concrete, steel, and EPS
